The design of this mobius pendant is inspired by a handmade ring in the Museum of London
that dates back to the mid-15th century. The original ring was made of gold and inscribed in
relief around the outside of the band in the period French spelling of the time. It was set with a
heart shaped red spinel in four prongs. This sterling silver pendant is set in a similar fashion using a created
ruby; both red to maintain the symbolism. The sentiment, ‘for love so sweet’, touches us today
as it must have touched the owner of the original ring when she received it. This inspired
pendant in sterling silver or gold is the perfect reminder of those we love in our life. A perfect
way to celebrate weddings and anniversaries.
